Who are you really this year? Who do you want to be? What do you want to manifest this year? And how can you do that in a way that best serves you? It can be difficult to get to the bottom of these questions.
I would like to warn you from the get go that this process is not easy, you might want to give up at some point, or simply forget about what you were even supposed to do. That’s OK! That’s why we are here to remind ourselves of what we need to do together to accomplish our dreams, goals, and purpose.
To get to the bottom of this I have found it helpful to first reflect on the journey you have had so far. How can you do this? Take a moment to review your life over the past 10 years. What have some of your accomplishments been? What have your struggles been? What are the many things you have let go of? This is just the beginning of the many questions that you can ask yourself to get to know who you are. By engaging in this process you are honoring your life journey and allowing your soul’s purpose to organically unfold.
Next, ask yourself “Where do I want to go from here?” This can take some time to really define. I have found it useful to write about this in detail. Some creative projects include creating a map or a timeline for the next 5-10 years of your life. These are your dreams in action as you begin to envision for yourself what you want to manifest. But it doesn’t stop there! You have to also already see and feel yourself there in the present moment. This practice is how we begin to reprogram our brain and habits that keep holding us back so that we can write a new story.
When you find yourself astray from your vision, come back! It’s easy in our busy lives to just totally forget about why we even started such nonsense and before we know it, you are back to acting out old behaviors and patterns. In these moments, take out your journal, your map, or your timeline to help yourself remember where you need to be.
Above all, remember that there really are no limits except for the ones we impose upon ourselves.

It’s good to have some guidance while on your journey of discovery to help stay on track. These practices will help your mind-body-spirit to feel better as well which will naturally encourage a state of wellbeing.
- Acupuncture: regular acupuncture helps keep you in balance
- Herbal protocols: this can include Chinese or Western herbs to help address any imbalances in your system
